Sign In & Access
Goal
Access the Axiom application with your credentials and understand how to register if you do not yet have an account.
Prerequisites
- A supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari — latest version recommended).
- Your registered email address and password, or an invitation from an Axiom administrator.
Steps
Sign in
- Open Axiom in your browser.
- On the login page, enter your Email and Password.
- Click Sign In.
- If your credentials are correct, you are redirected to the Dashboard.
First-time registration
- On the login page, click Register (or use the link in your invitation email).
- Fill in the registration form:
- Name — your display name.
- Email — must be a valid address you can access.
- Password — choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters).
- Click Create Account.
- Your account is created in Pending Approval status. An Axiom administrator must approve it before you can log in. You will receive a notification when your account is approved.
Reset a forgotten password
Contact your Axiom administrator to reset your password. Self-service password reset is not available in the current release.
Expected result
After a successful sign-in you see the Axiom dashboard with the main navigation menu.
Common issues

| "Invalid credentials" error | Wrong email or password | Check for typos; passwords are case-sensitive |
| "Account pending approval" | New account not yet approved | Contact your administrator |
| Blank page after sign-in | Browser cache issue | Clear browser cache and retry |
| Cannot register | Registration disabled | Contact your administrator |
