This page lists common errors users encounter in Axiom and how to resolve them.

Authentication errors

Search and data errors

LEI Records errors

LEI code returns no resultsThe code may be invalid or the record is not yet syncedVerify the code on the GLEIF portal; check the last sync date
Record shows LAPSED statusLEI registration has expiredContact the entity to renew their LEI registration
Other names section is emptyEntity has no alternative names on file at GLEIFThis is normal; data reflects the GLEIF registry

SSI errors

Preferences and display errors

Admin errors
